GlowNew was first founded by a high school student named Claire at the age of 16, ignited by a profound personal journey regarding the realization of her own power and potential following the challenges she has faced. Claire embarked on the decision to strive to ensure women all over the world have the opportunity to understand their own worth and potential, and utilized her passion and empathy for others to spread a message she holds closely to her heart. With GlowNew's expanding team including co-leader Allison, our team of volunteers and dedicated individuals are devoted to our mission. GlowNew believes that with true passion, every woman has the power inside of them, just ready to be unleashed, to achieve anything.

 

It was during moments of introspection that Claire truly understood the essence of one’s inner strength and recognition. She recognized that beneath layers of pain, self-doubt, and external judgment, every individual holds a radiant core of resilience and boundless potential. It was this inner light, often dimmed by life's adversities, that she became determined to help women rediscover.

 

She recognized that within every woman lies an inherent worth, often unseen and unacknowledged - an invisible crown. She was deeply moved by the realization that while every woman possesses this innate value, many struggle to recognize it due to societal pressures, personal adversities, or past traumas.

 

Determined to address this disconnect, she set out to establish an organization with a mission to help women globally. She envisioned a sanctuary where women could be reminded of their inner strength and worth. A place where they could rediscover their invisible crown and wear it with pride.

Drawing from her own journey, she introduced the concept of transformative makeovers - not just physical, but emotional and spiritual. It was not about concealing or changing, but revealing the true strength that lay within each woman. Every brush stroke became a declaration of self-worth, every motivational message an affirmation of potential, and every wellness package a nurturing embrace for the soul. 

 

At GlowNew, we understand that life doesn't dictate our destiny by the challenges it presents, but by how fiercely we rise, how resiliently we stand, and how deeply we trust in our innate power to prevail. When women harness this boundless inner strength and let it flourish, it not only reshapes their own destiny, but casts a radiant light that uplifts everyone in its glow.
